Arroyo Seco Bridge 311
DD&A was contracted by Monterey County, Department of Public Works, to prepare the environmental documentation for the Arroyo Seco Road Bridge 311 Replacement Project. Document preparation included a Natural Environment Study (NES) following specific Caltrans formatting requirements, as well as a Categorical Exemption for CEQA approval.
DD&A assisted the County in securing all relevant regulatory permits which included; a California Regional Water Quality Control Board Section 401 Water Quality Certification, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit and a California Department of Fish and Wildlife Streamed Alteration Agreement. As part of the regulatory permit and CEQA compliance DD&A prepared and implemented a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MMRP). The MMRP included pre-, post- and construction phase monitoring, as well as construction staff environmental education seminars.
